Management Office

 
The on-site Management Office is located off the main hallway next to the Business Center. Management oversees and directs the personnel and vendors who provide services to Brookwood Place and handles the payment of both budgeted and Board approved Association expenses.

The Property Manager sends out monthly invoices, collects and posts fees, sends late notices, and assesses other related fees.

The Board of Directors makes Association business decisions and approves Homeowner requests. Management executes the Board's decisions, meets with homeowners, and facilitates productive communication between the Board and all residents. Contact the Management Office between 7 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
